Tabard IT - Privacy Policy

Our contact details are shown on the Contact Us page - please use this to get in touch with any privacy questions. We currently collect and process the following information:

- Personal identifiers and contact information for clients who engage us for IT services
- For those clients, we record notes pertaining to work done with clients, both for organisations and for individuals

Where details refer to a person or organisation no longer using our services and not likely to return in the foreseeable future, we will remove that information from our records.

We do not pass on any information about an individual or organisation, without that person or organisation's knowledge and agreement. We do not use the information except for our own records, and to enable efficient sharing of information within Tabard IT. The information is kept as securely as possible accessible only by Tabard IT staff, and for more sensitive information, Tabard IT uses an encrypted password manager.
